Just back from our trip to London for our granddaughter’s 1^st birthday. I managed to get in a few birding trips either side of the big day as well as having the camera handy on family walks in some of the (relatively) local parks. The venues included the London Wetland Centre (my 4^th visit there) and two RSPB reserves, at Elmley Marshes on the Isle of Sheppey and Dungeness, both in Kent.

I have split my images into three sections covering local parks, RSPB reserves and London Wetland Centre. The Wetland Centre adds a few exotic captive species into the mix of otherwise UK species.
